Seamless Resin Floors
Teracoat resin floors were designed in Europe for office and showroom applications with the ability to be top-coated at the end of a lease should the floor be scuffed or damaged.
The new top-coat application gives the owner the ability to change colours and be back on brand-new floors within 48 hours. The result is property funds and management companies experience little to no downtime when a new tenant takes occupation.
Sustainability – Teracoat’s Premium Commercial floors are awarded the highest European IAQ indoor clean air certification during installation. Teracoat’s floors are water-based with very low VOC’s and have been installed on projects like Ernst & Young’s Waterfront Green Initiative Offices.

Our DECOSKIM walling products are extensively used by large commercial retailers for their aesthetic appeal, the ability to be applied directly over dry walling without mesh and most importantly no solvents or VOC’s, making it sustainable and safe.
