Eurocoat Over Tiles
Teracoat pioneered Seamless Resin flooring “over tiles” and to date is the only bonded flooring company that has a tried and tested track record in laying beautiful bonded floors “over tiles” and over Cementcrete type decorative screeds.
Over 50% of our Sub Saharan installations are over tile applications and 20% over old decorative screeds. It’s important to note that we walk away from at least 30% of the floors we visit as we will not install our Seamless Resin floors over sub-standard substrates, unless our clientele are willing to have the substrates repaired.
The EUROCOAT final coat is a trowel-on application where light trowel marks are evident in the floor after curing.

Water-based and environmentally friendly. All Teracoat products are manufactured to the highest European Environmental Standards and are considered non-hazardous from manufacturing through to the controls in place for application by Teracoat or a trained applicator.
Teracoat Premium Resins are awarded the highest European IAQ indoor clean air certification during installation. Sustainable sourcing, no APEO raw materials used.
